Yoga Burn

Yoga Burn (also known as “Her Yoga Secrets“) is a 12-week yoga program for women created by Zoe Bray Cotton. It uses a technique called Dynamic Sequencing to burn calories and fat, promoting healthy weight loss. It is a known fact that your body does NOT burn fat while there is a spike of insulin in your body. With that, 6 meals a day is an horrible idea because every time you put something in your body, it triggers insulin. Your body will never go into starvation mode from skipping meals, in fact that’s one of the best ways to burn fat. With intermittent fasting your body will begin to burn fat after your glycogen stores have been depleted. Mix this with a nice workout routine and meal plan and you will then begin the correct journey to fitness. Fitness is not meant for everyone because everyone cannot muster up what it takes to achieve it. If you find yourself going off task often, you are too weak for the journey and mines well enjoy life and eat till you can’t eat no more. Consistency is the only way to achieve a goal so if you are in and sometimes out, it would obviously be a life you hate and living in such circumstances is a miserable life to live.
